Survey

The Elders have prepared a survey for our members to complete concerning service times and procedures. You may access the survey by clicking on the link below. Or you can pick up a paper copy at the building and submit it to one of the elders by March 14 (available at the welcome center). Please include your full name and fill out one per person.
